Corner Exotic Animals
Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th August, 11am – 3pm
Simon returns to Grosvenor with his menagerie of animals, you can find out about and hold lizards, snakes, spiders, frogs and more! Simon will talk about fears and phobias, the environments that these animals come from, how they protect themselves and how adaptation, natural selection and evolution have shaped the way they look and feel.
Our Famous Farmers' Market
Friday 10th September starts 10am
Visit our popular FARMA accredited Farmers' Market offering delicious produce all grown, reared and picked by the very best producers in Cheshire and North Wales, including cheeses, organic meat, organic eggs and the freshest fruit and vegetables to name but a few! The Farmers' Market is held on the second Friday of every month, January - December.
'How To...' Potted Autumn - £16 including make and take away your autumn planter, tea/coffee and cake
Wednesday 6th October 10am - 1pm
How to revamp your summer containers and add colour and sparkle to the patio with new planting recipies both for autumn and thinking ahead to winter. Tips on focusing colour for impact. Booking is essential.

Apple Weekend
Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th October 11am – 3pm
A celebration of British apples with apple-based cakes and pies in the Café, tastings in the food department, Flintshire storytellers, children’s nature activities, see a real apple press in action and taste the pressed juice and choose your favourite apple tree by trying the fruit before you buy the tree!
Wool Spinning Demo
Sunday 24th October 11am - 3pm
Hazel from the Clwyd and Gwynedd Association of Craft Workers will be here, see how to spin wool and you can have a go too!
Tea Time Storytelling
Monday 25th – Friday 29th October 4.30pm – 5.30pm, ticket details to be confirmed
Children age 5 – 10 can come along and listen to spooky but fun story while they have a tea of sandwiches, fruit, cake and a drink.
Craft Fair
Friday 29th – Sunday 31st October
Friday & Saturday 10am – 5pm, Sunday 10am – 4pm
Clwyd and Gwynedd Association of Craftworkers return for this popular event. Craft Marquee on our car park packed unique gift ideas.

Santa’s Arrival Weekend
Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th November 11am
Santa arrives on his sleigh pulled by real reindeer and heralded by the City of Chester Band. A must for children of all ages!
Storytime with Santa
Wednesday 1st – Friday 24th December, times and ticket details to be confirmed (Recommended for children age 5 – 9)
Children can come along and settle in to Santas Living Room for an enchanting traditional Christmas tale from Santa. There will be juice and cookies and a special gift to take home too.
Christmas Open Evening
Wednesday 8th December 6pm – 8pm
Join us for mulled wine and mince pies, music, festive demonstrations and late night shopping!
Breakfast with Santa 18th, 19th & 24th December
