Grosvenor Shines at 'Greatest Awards'

Award winning Chester-based Grosvenor has been announced as Silver winners in the Greatest Indoor Living and Style category, together with the Greatest Christmas Idea at the prestigious Greatest Awards. 

Created in recognition of teams working together to offer excellence in the garden retail industry, the Greatest Awards are a leading event in the industry with customer votes determining the winners of many of the garden centre team categories.

Receiving the Silver award in the Greatest Indoor Living and Style category was a highlight of the event for Louise Gandy, gift supervisor and employee of the year at Grosvenor, who commented:

“To receive the silver award was a great moment for the team as we all work hard together to provide visitors with excellent products and a high level of customer service, and recognition from the judges is the icing on the cake.”

Scored independently by the Greatest Awards judges, Grosvenor was also presented with the Silver award for the Greatest Christmas event following the introduction of a series of scheduled ‘Storytime with Santa’ sessions.  During the weeks leading up to Christmas, Storytime with Santa proved particularly popular with customers as Grosvenor created a magical experience for children with queues and waiting time much reduced.
