Occupying a 14 acre site on the boundary of the Eaton Estate in picturesque surroundings on the outskirts of Chester, the large complex is home to a monthly FARMA accredited Farmers' Market, and a Café serving excellent local produce with every dish freshly made on the premises each day. All plants sold are similarly grown and sourced from the very best suppliers - as local to the garden centre as possible.

As a member of the Garden Centre Association, the business is the recipient of the Garden Centre of Excellence Award for the 9th consecutive year - the only garden centre in the UK to do so. This Award was made in recognition of Grosvenor's reputation for providing a rich, rewarding leisure experience as well as for the Centre's achievement of the highest standards in customer service, plant quality, product choice and reliability.
