The Garden Centre in the City Centre
We are seeking an Assitant Manager for our city centre outlet, A Taste of Grosvenor to assist the Manager in all aspects of store management with a key emphasis on driving and maximising sales and ensure our high standards of customer service are met.
Day to day responsibilities will include assisting with allocating day to day duties, planning and manging staff attendance, stock control, ordering, point of sale, merchandising and cash handling.
Leading by example, valuing customers and presenting a positive image are high on our agenda for success and the successful applicant will have proven retail customer service and supervisory experience.
