Grosvenor will be celebrating spring next weekend (30th and 31st May)
with a visit from a whole host of creepy crawlies to see and even touch!
Simon Airey will be at the garden centre between 11am and 3pm on both Saturday and Sunday with his entertaining and educational roadshow, with the chance to meet and hold Simon’s extraordinary menagerie of more than 40 exotic animals and reptiles.
From chinchillas to tarantulas, bull frogs and lizards not to mention pygmi hedgehogs, scorpions, giant hissing cockroaches, chameleons and snakes to name but a few, this really is a must-see event at Grosvenor with the chance to get up close and personal with your favourite creatures.
Having spent more than 25 years working with animals, Simon has a wealth of experience so this is the perfect opportunity for visitors to learn more about fears and phobias, natural habitats, how they protect themselves and how adaptation, natural selection and evolution have shaped the way they now look and feel.
“We are delighted that Simon will be visiting Grosvenor this weekend with his entertaining roadshow and wonderful collection of animals that even the smallest child will be able to handle,” commented Iain Wylie, managing director.
So if you are looking for something a little different, or even have a phobia you would like to overcome, visit Grosvenor this weekend.
