Grosvenor Garden Centre is celebrating after receiving the prestigious Garden Centre of Excellence for the ninth consecutive year – the only garden centre in the UK to have achieved this record.
As an Approved Member of the Garden Centre Association, boasting more than 160 leading garden centres around the UK and Northern Ireland, Grosvenor demonstrates the highest standards of good business practice. And, to ensure these standards are maintained, each member is independently audited each year - with only the top ten highest scoring centres awarded Garden Centre of Excellence status.
Boasting excellent customer service, outstanding quality and reliability of plants and products, inspirational displays and professional, fully trained expert advice, Grosvenor has once again scored one of the highest marks, and was also chosen for individual Excellence awards in 12 categories including Customer Service Points, People, Houseplants, Catering and Play Area.
“As the only garden centre in the UK to have been awarded Garden Centre of Excellence for nine consecutive years, we are all very proud of our achievement and thrilled that our commitment to constantly improving our standards has once again received such esteemed endorsement from the GCA,” commented Iain Wylie, managing director.
The awards were announced at the annual GCA Conference held in Cirencester last month.
